My son is 21 days old n it's been quiet sometime he has started grunting a lot, he only stops wen I feed n feeding is most of the time, he sleeps while feeding and as soon as I keep in in his bed he starts twisting his body n grunts very loud as if he is pooping with constipation , also he poops few times with average amt but wen he is grunting hard he poops very little like a tiny dot, he is not able to sleep well,is it something to be worried about

My baby has fever for 3 days now. He also has cough but not running nose. The fever keeps on coming. He is also not able to sleep because of the constant cough. And also is not eating. His mouth is red from inside. Is it infection or just a viral fever n cold.
