My son is having pus formed due to mosquito bites due to constant itching, we apply band aid for some days..But it still remains.. please suggest any ointment which can heal this

When ever my kid sleeps, she is facing itching in her foot.i applied calamine lotion in both foot.still the itching is there..there is no rashes. She has only itching.she ulis facing this issue when she sleeps.thus issue is been for 2 days
