Child Health Issues

Hi Doctors, My 5 yr old kid have been complaining fibula pain more than a year. Last Jan we have done his blood test ( CBC & Vitamin D3) Found vitamin D3 deficiency & CBC was ok except bit elevated platelets count ( he had cough that time) Been to pediatrician and he told us that kid will have pain as he has vitamin D3 deficiency and nothing to worry and gave us some vitamin D3 medicine and it healed the pain and he didn't complain the pain till this month.he gets pain mostly at night after his outdoor activities ( playing in park etc.) Pain is there for 2 hours and finds difficult to walk and next morning he walks properly. Can you please suggest the treatment? Do we need to take him to the pediatrician again orthopedic? Pls help

My kid is 15 months old weighing 11 kgs. Currently I'm giving him levolin syrup and flucold AF drops. Please confirm whether these medicines is also for dry cough.

My baby was born very fair so everyone thought her skin complexion would be like me.. she used to have glowing fair skin... but after she turned 3 months and now she is four months old her skin toned has changed... it became wheatish... it doesnt match with my or my husbands skin tone... also now there is no glow... although healthy my in laws taunt me and are forcing me use besan haldi on her to become fair... does besan really work?? i don't understand how did her skin tone changed from very fair to wheatish...?? Is it because of some vitamin mineral deficiencies?? She is a healthy active happy baby...

My baby is in the 7th week and received Hepatitis B, DtwP/DTap, IPV, HiB-1,Rotavirus-1, pneumococcal-1 vaccination yesterday. She had difficulty passing motion and gas last night and when she did the stool was Green. The alarming part was she didn’t urinate or pass motion in the next 4-5hours. Also, we did not give her any medicine during this phase. After being fed with the gap of 2-3hours, her stool colour changed back to mustard yellow this morning. In the evening, baby started crying inconsolably, so we gave her Crocin drop as prescribed by the doctor. Now, her stool is green again. Is this normal?

Why new born babies have high haemoglobin level Please clear my doubt due to dehydration it Happens

Hi baby born with 3.2 kgs, due to enough breastmilk, baby got weight reduced. So after 3 days of baby born, due to weight loss we done blood check up, haemoglobin is 22. sodium is 153. Blood Picture is normocytic normochromic . So doctors suggested me to give exclusive breast milk to overcome sodium levels. Is haemoglobin will reduce. Is there any issue

Hi doctor, I have 5 months old baby. She is having fever from last 24 hours with temperature around 101 to 102.6 degrees We have traveled from Vijayawada to Mumbai by train and after 15 hours of our journey she got effected with this fever. I gave Calpol 1ml around 4 doses but there temperature didn't came down then add per my sister's suggestion we gave Meftal-p suspension of 2ml. Then the temperature came down. What we have done is correct or not? And shall I continue giving that medicine?

My son is 5 and half month old. He is on formula(prenan). Can i switch him to packaged cow milk now? .. What should be the peocess..what else i can give him except milk. What things i need to keep in mind. Please guide.
