Child Health Issues

My Son has fever since 4 days now, used ayurvedic meds, bal bhadra syrup and ketolin lep but he isnt well as yet. It had reduced last night from 104 deg but yet again tonight it is a good 102 to 103 deg. Today his lower right eyelid was swollen and also he was complaining of stomach ache. What can be the diagnosis and reason for this? Paed wasnt available today, need to go to a diff one, hence asking here first.

My daughter is suffering from (cold) running nose from today afternoon. (Last 2 week before she was suffered from fever, cold and cough, then she was fine). Now again she got cold. How can we avoid? What couls be the reason as its coming again? Now we gave 'syrup of cetirizine hydrochloride and ambroxol hydrochloride'. It will be enough or should i consult doctor again. Any suggessions please.

Hi, sir/ma'am my son 2 y 5 m  from 2 days suffering viral fever and mouth ulser not eating anything continuously crying morning we went to the pediatrician he prescribed 1. Syp A to Z 2. Suspension ibugesic plus 8 hourly × 2days And said it will slowly recover but my son not stopped crying even he is not ready to feed mom's milk. Kindly guide me.

Hi, My daughter is one n half year old and I have been using all Johnson's products right from oil,Johnson's baby milk soap, Johnson's baby milk lotion, powder, shampoo everything.she was fair enough till one year and nowadays I observe that her complexion is going down..is it because of the products or so..if so kindly suggest me a good brand which can make her resume back to her normal complexion
