This is a classical case of poor mangement of complementary feeding. In my experience your child should be on bottle feed also which hinders your child to accept other food.
Next Steps
First try to reduce milk by bottle and start giving by katori chammac.make a goal to completly stop bottle in next 5 months.Start giving 5 spoon semisolid food 5 times per day increase to one andhalf katori of food over 2 months.30-40 mins will be taken by your child to finish a katori of food which nearly will take 4 hrs of hard work per day. As ur child is also on iron ,surely ur child would be anemic. You can add syp A to Z 5ml od with iron. If your child is eating soil, cement, etc give a syp albendazole (400mg/10ml) 5 ml single stat dose before bed.
Health Tips
Visit a pediatrician for iycf councelling. We pediatricians always ask parents to come every 6 monthly to teach abt best diet and how to increase and help child in development.
