My daughter age is 2yrs 3 months she is going for playgroup and she is getting cold frequently can I know why she is getting cold is her immune system is weak please suggest how to improve my baby immune system

Hello doc, My 18 months old daughter weighs just 8kg. Her birth weight was 2.9kgs at 6 months it was 6 kgs at 1 yr its 6.9kgs n now its 8 kgs. Her blood tests were done at 10 months so she was vitamin d deficienct. Doc prescribed iron, multivitamin and vit d3 drops. But ni significant changes were seen in weight. Please help me regarding this. She is no family food and breastfeed. What changes in her diet can be done to increase weight. Thanks

Dhruv is having severe stomach ache and high fever (104 degree) . Fever has come down using Voltaren suppository. For stomach ache dr suggested Cyclopam but unable to understand the dosage. The tablet which i got from chemist has 20mg Dicyclamine hydrochloride and 500mg paracetamol. Please suggest if I can give one tablet or 1/2 tablet?

10 month old baby fallen by cot while sleeping, (cot height1.3feet) On 17.11.19. Actually no injuries were ther but she cried few minutes. My son getting frequent high grade fever (4th time in last 25 days ), stays for 3-4 days. High temp recorded 105.8 ..last evening fever started again and the temp is going between 102 - 105.8.
