14 Days old baby passing loose stools whenever he poop Say 6 to 7 times a day. Also passes urine frequently say more than 12 times a day. Although he hasn't left breastfeeding after every 2 hours he cry for breastmilk. What could be the reason for loose motion?

Hello my daughter is 9 months and suffering from fever from past few days. Fiver rise after every 4 hours and go upto 101. Since morning she is also suffering from multiple motions. We are giving her Crocin drops 3 ml every 4 to 5 hours. But there is no improvement. She also makes noise while breathing. Also very irritated from past few days.
