Hi Doctors, My 21 months old daughter has got a scratch from a iron wire. Do I need her to get tetanus injection ? Scratch is not deep. Little blood came out. I cleaned it with dettol. She got her DTaP vaccine at 18 months. Does tetanus is required Attaching pic.

My son has a problem of constipation and he is 3.5 years old. He feels pain during motion and a problem of tight stool so due to fear he avoid going for motion. Pls help

My daughter having sudden cough starting from morning 14 march and still persist. She also have cold. Already given 5 days course of augmentin, lecope and noblok AF as recommended by doctor. Now need to give only syrup Asthalin 5 ml 3 times for 3 days and continue noblok AF for 3 days. She is not having any fever from 14 march. Is medication of syrup asthalin is good to go? Is this normal to have cough for 2 weeks or what would be possible cause? Refer prescription given till now.
