Hai my lo is of 1year...she s affected by rashes in face alone... actually I made her bath with turmeric water..dono becoz of tht it affected...so I applied coconut oil mam..will it get cured...no irritation fever nothing lyk tht only rashes available...will it weal of f I applied coconut oil

My son fell from sofa yesterday evening and from night he is having temp , he is normal today daytime but again after having dinner , he had some temp... is this normal ? Should I give him any medication
