1.6year son having fever, loose motion
My son is 1year and 6month old. He has fever of 102+ and he had 3 loose motion and 1 vomiting. Please suggest what to do. I have given dolo syrup 200mg 3.5ml 2 times but fever is not going.
His body weight is 14 kg. He is feeling dull. Feeling irritated not eating properly

As per history looks like Acute Gastroenteritis with mild dehydration. Please consult / teleconsult with your Paediatrician immediately to prevent severe dehydration

Keep giving lots of fluids including ORS, Khichdi, curd, bananas and cocunut water. Keep an eye on Urine output it should be more than 4 times in 24 hours.
