Child Health Issues

My 2 year old son has fell down very hard on the ground, he got hurt at the back side of the head. After that he had lunch , he slept for an hour then he had corn those were not boiled... After sometime he was feeling uneasy, he was not playing, he was crying and he committed all the corns... And now also he is not playing, feeling uneasy... And sleeping on me... I don't know is it because of the corn he ate or the head injury... Bump is not that big, and there is no blood... I am scared I can't go to hospital now.. Please tell me wot is happening to hkm.. He showing to back head that it is paining... Please please reply me

My daughter who is 3 months and 20 days old gets vaccined on 19 april 2020, which consist Easy six vaccine and dpt and rotavirus drops, Since 19th April night my daughter had fever ranging between 99.6-100.8 degree. Its already 3 days and the fever is not gone whereas she is keeps crying while someone touch her. I just wants to know that is it normal having fever for last 3 days after easy six and rotavirus vaccine. Please help me out with my query.
