Sore throat
My son is 4 years old he has sore throat and doing hoarse voice ..no fever no cold ...just too kuch ichyness in throat can i give azee antiboitic plzzz help dr.

If mild fever or throat pain develops then antibiotics should be started after consulting pediatrician.
