My daughter is 4.5 months old. She has sore throat from last night and slight dry cough (2-3 times in a day) . What to do. Which medicine to give

For 4.5 months we don't prescribe cough syps. These symptoms are because of dryness. You can put nasal saline drops. Keep the baby well fed and also if possible consider putting a humidifier in your room. Keep the baby indoors, away from pollution.
