Child Health Issues

My son 2 month and 21 days old. He sounds I don't know whether from chest or throat when he cries.  Sneezing and coughing sometime not always. He is breastfeeding baby. I have been shown him to pediatrician but he says he is normal nothing is been found in his diagnosis as he says he is gaining weight and feeding well and active. But my baby still sounds and sneezes what could be the problem.

Hello doctor, My daughter is 75 days old and I have the following concerns about her: 1. She does not look at me when I hold her in my arms but when she is lying on the bed and I lean over to establish eye contact,she does make eye contact and watches my face too. 2. She smiles a lot at people as in when they talk to her and also makes all sorts of sounds too. She also smiles at us on her own while looking at us,even if we are not smiling. But,when I smile at her without talking to her,she does not smile. She coos a lot and when I talk to her,she smiles and coos at the same time. Is my daughter developing normally?

I have applied undiluted dettol in my 1 year babies toe it was bleeding. Is it safe to use? . Does dettol burn on skin?

Hello! Doctor My 26 days son always cries when he pee or poo. He has mild jaundice. There is no sunlight coming to my residence.

My son is 2.5 years old,he always scared for bugs,he always searching any insects are there in home and said through it out,I am scared about these things

My girl baby is 80 days old and for the past 4 days she didn't pass stool. Only breastfeeding is given to her.. I've given massage on her tummy d  bicycle movements, applied coconut oil on her tummy but nothing happens. Frequently she is spitting the milk and this second time she is not passing stool after 4 days. Kindly give me some remedies to cure.

Is it recommeded for all newborns to take calcium and D3 suppliments from Day 1. My son is 1 month old, and nothing was prescribed for him.
