Looks like he is having a disturbed sleep . It could be either due to stomach cramps , ear pain , separation anxiety .
Next Steps
For cramps and ear pain there are medicines, but for anxiety I suggest to keep the bedroom lit by a zero watt bulb at night , so that baby can see you.
Do ENT specialist opinion for noises during sleep.
It may be night terror.
Allow ur child to get enough sleep.
Doing calming activities before bed, including giving your child a bath or reading a book together.
If your child does have an episode, speak calmly and softly, and while using gentle gestures like a hand squeeze to offer reassurance. Do not attempt to wake your child with abrupt shaking, as this can actually make the problem worse. It’s also completely fine to just wait out the night terror. While unpleasant to watch, remember that the episode won’t last long and your child is unlikely to recall any of it in the morning.
There can be many causes of this, ranging from simple night terrors, sleep talking to some serious causes. It would be advisable to get a video made of the event.
