Child Health Issues

My 18 month old baby has fever on and off and facial swelling since last 5 days.i have been giving him ibugelsic plus for pain and  fever. Fever subsides after taking medicine but comes back after 9-10hours.also he seems to have pain on his facial swelling and could be a gum or teething issue.  The doc I took him to yesterday changed medicine to plain Calpol and Advent (anti -biotics).But Calpol doesn't seem to be helping with his pain.He doesn't have fever now. Please see the prescription. The doctor didn't open his mouth to check his gums due to fear of Corona I guess. Not sure if what I can give him to relieve his pain. Don't want to keep giving him Ibugelsic Plus for pain when he doesn't have fever. He just seems to be in pain now. Any advise?

Hi doctor, I would like to improve my 6yr old towards education and studies. How to do that. What's are different ways ,best practices. Is it books,reading,friends,environment, socialization, activities,plays, what keep the kid keep untreated in studies education ?

My son 2 month 13 days old have been showing all these symptoms for the past week. All the symptoms are mild like he dry coughs and sneeze twice or thrice a day. Then sometimes his chest sounds like not always. For the past three days he is try to vomit but never does and settles in 2 to 3 seconds. Is there any serious issue lying with my baby?

My daughter is having intermittent cough from last 4 months. Sometimes it appears she cured to a large extent. Then within 3-4 days severity increases. She is on flohale inhaler and montair tablet. Her vaccination is also getting postponed because of this. In March done blood test wherein mild neutrophilia and severe vitamin d deficiency syndrome. Taking vitamin d supplements. Really worried for her. Please advise.

Dear doctor, My daughter is 2 months old. When bright light from torch of mobile is focused on her,she blinks her eyes in response. Also,she closes her eyes when we take her out in bright sunlight. Does it mean her eyes are normal? I am very worried for her as she doesn't focus much on faces at present.

Hi doctor my son 1 month 15 days old . Since last 2 two days he pass urine less than 5 times only. Today morning onwards he cant pass urine . But baby is active I can feed my brrst milk every 2 hours . Please sugfest me doctor whats the problem

Hi i have 2 kids ine is 4 years old other is 9 months old...my 4 years old takes lot of time ( nearly one hour) to complete each meal this is so stress full to me... I don't show phone., I take her out, tell stories, plaay still she eats one hour... Now my secound baby is also doing the same.. This is verystressing me out ...what shall I do so that mmy babies eat quick ly
