My daughter vomited day before day night and yesterday morning.. she vomitted 2 times(night and morning) from that she looks tired and saying she has got stomach pain.. what should I do?

My son is 18 months old and speaks just 5 words. He understands almost everything we say but doesn't speak out much. Is it Matter of concern?
