Runny nose with cough & fever are indications of viral illness . Paracetamol is being given for fever that’s right , keep repeating it at interval of six hours if temp is more than 101 .additionally do give syrup Benadryl 2.5 ml twice a day to take care of cough & other symptoms which could be making child irritable . After the currant problem is over you need to look at baby’s nutrition also because currant weight is low for his age . If there is a case of COVID disease from home even this baby should undergo COVID test . But not to panic most likely it’s a viral illness & will go away with these symptomatic measures . Do take care of vaccines & other important aspects of child development . Dispose off the tissue papers etc which you use for wiping baby’s nasal secretions by burning to prevent further spread. Best wishes
