Child Health Issues

My child has been prescribed coq 10 and vitamin a capsules. Can we open the capsule and give it. Or should it be swallowed. My child doesn't know how to swallow a capsule and I am scared to give it to him.

My son having upset stomach - loose motion.. can i give Z& D .or any thing else needed. how many time should i give z&D in a day & quantity ( 1 ml) in each dose...? plz suggest

Sir/Mam My 15 month daughter is in fever since yesterday. I gave her calpol 3 mg in every 5-6 hours. Her weight is about 15 kg( over weight).. Yesterday she was dull but today a little active . No other symptoms. Just from a few days she started walking. What could be the reason of the fever and as the covid is spreading every where am afraid wheather she is infected from my husband as he is working in a pharma company. Please advise me. Thankyou
