Child Health Issues

My family 5 members. From 4 months we are in home only. All are negative report including my 3 years old son. Positive report of 2 years old son. No symptoms.. Today 3rd day from the date of report. My question is.. Is it report correct ..? Is asymptomatic child can tranfer infection..? And pls give suggestions..?

Should we give cerelac to baby or use homemade food only.how can we make homemade cerelac using whole grains n dry fruits.

Day before yesterday, she started with stomach upset, then yesterday mng she had loose motion 3 to 5 times in a whole day with one episode of green coloured mucus filled stool. With that fever 100°F was noticed in mng. I gave patacetamol in mng 10am and 7 pm . After that no fever since morning.. But she in morning did yellow coloured loose stool two times then she did green coloured stool with lil blood and little little mucus she is passing with lil blood stained 3 to 4 times in morning itself. She is putting pressure while passing it.

My son will be 6 months old on 12th August. Last month on 11th his weight was 7.3 kg. but today when we checked his weight its 7.6kg. only 300 gms he has put on this entire month. so far his weight gain was good in every month. why this happened in this month? please advise what can be the cause.

My son is 4 months old I observed some change in his voice to harsh As like how whenever we feel some throat pain the voice changes like that way. There is no place change also Also there is no cold Suggest me why this happens to my baby also we feed him formula milk due to lack of breast milk
