Child Health Issues

My son is 7 months old. He is on solids 3 rimes and formula for the rest of the feedings. he eats rice khichri with carrot pumkin etc, cerelac and stewed apple. today i saw his poop is reddish in colour. it happened few days back also. Kindly see the picture and advise. is it because of apple or carrot or its something else?

My son 13 months old has runny nose and have been in irritable mood since a day. I have nasoclear and t-minic drops. Please suggest dosage to be given. He weighs around 8.2 kg.

I got the Hexaxim vaccination in 6 weeks and then easy six vaccincation in 10 weeks but for 14 weeks doctor recommended DPT + Hib+ Hep B. I am confused as to why the docter changed from Dtap 3 to DPT instead Please advise wheather is it recommended to change like that

My son is 4 months old, he not passing poop for 9 days and passing gases regularly (1/2-hour once) but he is active.. Only breastfeed and we gave honey last week.. i read about honey and stop giving it to him from last two days. Is there any remedy for passing the poop?
