Child Health Issues

Hello Dr my baby turned six months today. She is exclusively on breast milk. She generally does poop every day but yesterday she didn't and before that she used to poop for 3 times for 2-3 days..Today she poop and had red jelly kind of thing in her poop. Can  You tell me is it matter of concern? Why it has happened. Attaching picture for reference.please help.

My son 5 month old has been facing this issue since yesterday. His eye gets red when he cries  a lot And settles after an hour or so. This is been happening since two days earlier he never face something like this?

My Son (6 years), is daily complaining about numbness in hands when he is wake up. So this is normal or need to evaluate further. Pls. Suggest.

1 month old baby not taking burp after feeding even after holding for long time. Is there any issue and also is there any other way to get burp to baby. Please help.

My 2 year son has stomach and designation problem. Eating very less food, not drinking milk, Wight is low, passing stool once, twice or thrice but very hard and very little each time after taking some food.

NO POTI for 5 days after DTP and Hib vaccination and had mild fever for 2 days after vaccination.he is afraid of going  for POTI.he usually panics and tried to hold up his pressure (poti) everytime he feels pressure (poti) and he released it when he was unable to hold up.His activities are good and taking food and water regularly as usual.he has allergic bronchitis and we are giving a puff of inhaler dialy before sleep at night from the last 1 and half months and it is under control.his wight is 13 kg.he is 17 months and  18 days old.kindly help us.

My son is suffering from cold. Entire body is cool but stomach is somewhat temperature(fever). He is not eating properly. What should I do?

My one month baby girl is not following the objects when I bring them close to her eyes. Is this normal. Please suggest. The baby is responding to sound but when I tried to brings any object close to her eye she won't see or follow it or blink her eyes.

Loss of appetite and feeling full all time. Nausea at morning and after dinner. Having head achee and pain in joints .
