Child Health Issues

My baby was born on July 4th. Her birth weight is 2.8kg. After 2 weeks her weight is reduced to 2.5kg. She was admitted in NICU for low sodium level and given fluids. During that time they have checked lactation and told its good and asked me to feed 2hrs once. After 2 days her weight was 2.7kg. It has been nearly 36 days now, yet to check her weight. Is there anything I'm missing in breastfeeding? How to increase her weight?

My 1 mnth baby is having very small pimple like rashes all over tha body from Yesterday. We started giving bath to baby from day before yesterday. Massaged with olive oil, besan. Milk and turmeric and for bath I am using Himalaya liquid soap. Is this allergy to any of this product. How can I rule out this. Kindly help.

My son 5 month old he has been suffering from some skin infections which is not permanent. It comes and go after sometime. It goes as soon as his body cools down in air conditioner. This allergy comes on shoulder stomach, below neck, at the back.

My girl baby is 3 months 15days her weight is 5.6 kg. Her birth weight is 2.7kg. is this proper weight gain? She is on both bm&fm. Past 4 days she is passing motion while feeding itself (both fm&bm). Is this normal? Will it affect her weight gain?? Kindly advise
