My 5 month old son didnt pass stool for 4 days. He is breastfed and not given any  formula. He is straining sometimes like he is trying to pass stool. His weight is in normal range (8.3 KG). Kindly suggest.

Hi Doctor, My baby is 2 years old and had fever and stuffy nose 5 days back. Gave P-Stat DS 240 for two days and no fever after that. Still stuffy nose is there and from yesterday dry cough started. Giving her carrot soup and mix veg soup alternative days, apple or pomogrante daily and steam vapourizure daily once. Can anyone suggest some home remedies and also daily food or diet as She don't like to eat rice at all. Thanks in advance.
