Milk for above 6 month old baby
My son completed his 6 month on 22/3/2021 , now can we give him milk like cow milk, buffalo milk ?? if yes then which milk is batter like amul gold, or taza or amul cow..?

Cow milk is strict NO before 1 year of age.
Continue Breastfeeding upto age 1 year.
Start complementary foods.

Breastfeeding is advised at least 2 years or even after that.
Cow milk is not advised for children less than 1 year
So continue breastfeeding
Give solid foods like rice dal etc
Vitamin D 400 units daily

Hi, u can continue breast feeding upto 1 year of age
No cows milk upto 1 year of age because of risk for cows milk protein allergy .
If u are working u can express and give breast milk.
In addition u can start complementary feeding at home.
