Hello sir/madam, my baby is 3 months old and got the blisters. Could you please suggest anything. I have attached the photo

4 days male baby is in incubator and ventilator and not even moving a bit. He cried after birth but stopped after some time and since that time he is neither crying nor moving. Baby was delivered through operation.
