Child Health Issues

Hi My baby boy was born (birth wt: 2.6 kg) on 18 oct 2020 (10 week 6 days old and ~3.2-4 Kg now) We got him vaccinated today with Pentav (2nd dose) OPV (3rd dose) Rotavirus (2nd dose) Last time, we placed icepack for 2 min every 2 hours for 6 times after first dose of pentav vaccine but he still got fever in night. And then we gave him some paracitmol drops and he became fine. Can we give him 5 paracitmol drops as PREVENTIVE measure to prevent any fever after doing icepack for 15 min after the vaccination today  even if he does NOT get any fever ? Or do you suggest to give pcm drops only if fever comes ?

My daughter is 11months old.The first tooth errupted at age of 9months that was lower imcisors right one till now the next one is not erupted but now the upper canine errupting with out incisors.Is there any problem.I am worried please advise me what to do ?

My 10 month old baby he has been exclusively breastfeed ed till 5.5 month then top feed has started. Can I. Introduce cow milk to him now?

Hi doctors My baby is caught by cold and flu. He is 10 month old only. His nose keeps block most of the day. Apart his left eye is watery and yellowish mucus discharge in left  eye all time. How to get relief from eye discharge and nose blockage. I m trying nasal spray but it didn't relieve for cold I m giving wikoryl drop 1 droper two times a day.

Hi my 7.5 month old baby becomes cranky and fussy, I think this is because his upper two teeths are coming.. he has poor appetite too from last 3-4 days and not sleeping properly too at night. How can I soothe it? Can I apply honey on his gums so that he will get some relief? Please advise.
