Hello sir. . My son 2yr old weight 11kgs. Had severe fever last night. 103.5 degree. . He had v bad vomitting three - four times . . He was shivering alot the whole night. I gave him syrup p250 and he is okay from morning . . Shud I continue with tht.. if antibiotics is needed what shud I put. . Pls suggest

My 1 week old baby closes his eyes fine most of the times, but occasionally one of his eyelids is slightly open while the other is closed completely. It only closes after sometime. Is this expected in new borns ? Please advise.
