Hello... i started semi solids to my baby in 6 n hlf month before that is was on exclusive breastfeeding...so in 6 n hlf mnth initially i started giving her nestle cerelac rice flavour she constipated so stopped giving and started giving banana puree blending wid formula milk n sweet potato puree wid formula milk she liked it then i gave her Nestle cerelac wheat apple there was no constipation even though she reject to hv water... she didn't like any homemade porridge but from last 10-15days my baby getting constipating she reject to hv water if i try also she ll spit out all water... im worried like wat should i feed her n how to get rid of this constipation she is getting harder balls liks stool..plz help me out⁰

U need to start giving your child some liquid diet as well. Give her moongdal water ,rice water and along with that give puree and other home made semi solid food along with boiled apple, boiled and mashed potato ,banana and then see. If the child refuses to drink top water it's okay even if he has 4 5 spoons at a time that's fine
