Child Health Issues

Hi Doctor, My baby is 2 years old and had fever and stuffy nose 5 days back. Gave P-Stat DS 240 for two days and no fever after that. Still stuffy nose is there and from yesterday dry cough started. Giving her carrot soup and mix veg soup alternative days, apple or pomogrante daily and steam vapourizure daily once. Can anyone suggest some home remedies and also daily food or diet as She don't like to eat rice at all. Thanks in advance.

My Nephew us diagnosed with matter loss in his brain with epelipsy . He is 1.7 yrs old and had complications during birth. He is not able to hold his neck, can't sit, doesn't make any eye contact and always humms. Is there any treatment for this can he be normal & what about life expectancy?😢

Generally his heart bit most;time in resting mode start from 105 to 130.. He is also detected Kawasaki deases where he was given ivig ...now he recover gradually...but his heart bit start from 105 to 130 or 140...and saturation is 98 to 99...any suggestions... please
