Baby stool is green
My son is 5 month old From starting he have milk alergy . He was giving formal milk and mother milk . Now started to give fruit little . Still my baby stool is yellow and green . Some time more green . Is this comman .

Green coloured stools are normal in formula fed babies
If the baby is exclusively brestfed it is mainly due to foremilk hindmilk imbalance. Make sure you completely empty the breast one side and go for the other side

That's normal.
Baby should not pass white or red, brown colour stool...all other colours of stool normal.
