My 2 yr 9 months daughter is having fever since evening 101 degrees. I gave her approx 5 ml dolo-120 paracetamol syrup. Shall I repeat the dose after 6 hrs. She is not showing any other symptoms.

Children are quite comfortable with mild fever. And increased temperature actually help fight infection. So no medicine is required.
Give Paracetamol only if high temperature, or baby is uncomfortable.
Dose is 15 mg per Kg body weight, can be repeated 6 hourly
Next Steps
If child is not getting well, go to doctor to find cause of fever.
