Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor, My 2 year old boy started saying words. But 2 words he couldn't speak frequently. Seems like he want to speak but words are not coming out. Some letters he is struggle to get. Do i have to worry or do i have to take him to ENT. At what age kids can speak frequently atleast 2 3 words. Please suggest. Thanks!!

Now (15 months baby) got vaccination in government during 6 weeks, 14 weeks etc. Now a private doctor is telling pcv is not included in government hospitals. Now what to do I have missed vaccination.

My nephew is 2 years 8 months old, he hardly speaks anything coherently. He can say Papa and Mama. He also says complete ABCD and 1 to 10 (due to youtube poems). He also avoids eye contact and doesnt understand general spoken instructions. But understands keywords like chocolate or water. Nothing else looks strange. Very normal behavior and understands hand gestures properly. Is this normal? Or can there be any issue?

My daughter is 2.8 years old. She is extremely moody and choosy and does not eat well at all. She lives to have milk and chocolates however when it comes to solid food, she does eat well at all. Like her three meals are always either a tug of war or a meltdown. I am at cross roads and extremely worried. We had her on medicine to improve her appetite however she is spoiled beyond reason. Son aged 8 years, has slight cold with blocked nose for nearly 8 days. Have been giving him relent syrup 6 ml twice a day. The blocked nose hasn't cleared. From yesterday he has persistent cough. Gave him chericof , but no releif. Cough looks like dry cough but feels a pressure at chest while coughing. Kindly suggest medicines.

In these days, when adults are advised to have multivitamins, do we need to give to kids also. If yes, then which one should we give. My daughter doesn't have a gud diet.
