Baby has fever from last 3 days

My 4 and half months daughter is having fever from last 3 days. I showed to a paediatrition she gave crocin drops. Fever goes after giving medicine and again comes after some time. Her head is very warm and body temp is 99f

If baby is active, feeding well then that is all the treatment needed. fever should come doen in 1-2 days. May need tests if high fever occurs or keeps coming after 4 days. Anyone else sick? Please meet a pediatrician
