  4. Stomach ache after eating. Him colicaid?

Stomach ache after eating
My kid 5yrs old saying stomach ache after eating food since  2 days with watery motions 3 times a day. They have recently came to my home from my wife'splace. Is it due to water change ? Can I give him colicaid ? Please suggest.

This may be gastritis. Give junior lanzol 1 tab once in morning. Give ORS as much as the child drinks.
