My 3 year old son have two episode of red rashes and itching on legs and feet. Once during the day and once during when he was sleeping...suddenly there was red rashes and itching. What can be the reason of reccurence of rashes in the night. When there is no contact from any insect or foreign bodies.

Baby is facing lot of pain due to toothing.. Not able to sleep.. Is there any over the counter medication we can have for the pain
