Today 8 have done ultrasound od my son in reports are normal but small bowl loop shows,mild m Mucosal edema IT IS CURABLE or difficult please tell me

My nephew got hurt in the scrotum area by a ball while playing and has swelling which is coming down. On consulting a doctor, he said this would have been an already existing issue (hydrocele) and said it would require surgery. The scan also showed mild hydrocele. Another doctor said this would resolve on its own as it was due to the injury but the former said it definitely needs surgery even if the swelling seems to come down as it might be due to the moving of the fluid up and down. He never indicated any pain before the injury. My question is whether this fluid might be due to the injury or would it be an already existing problem?

Haemup dosage for 8 year old girl child.. Her haemoglobin is little low.. Earlier she was taking hamfer..

My daughter's birth weight is 2.189 kg due to delivery at 37 weeks bcz of my IHCP condition and now currently after 2.5 months..her current weight is 3.580 kg. Could you please advise if her growth is going well. Also at night she sleeps at a stretch of 5 hours , so should I let her sleep or wake her up every 3 hours to feed ... please advise me as I am really worried if all is going well.

My 15 months (14 months corrected) old baby can crawl very fast and cruise along with furniture but he has not yet started independent walking. He can stand for 2-3 seconds independently. How to encourage him to walk independently? Is it concerning? Other milestones are okay as of now. He is vocal and social. He has been cruising since the last day of January.

My 5 yr old having pain near belly button and lower abdomen daily.. 2 months before dr scanned and said she is having mesentric lymphadenitis and he gave 5 days antibiotics.. after that she didn't complain about stomach pain .. but for the past 10 days she is getting pain near belly button and vomiting sensation..pls help us to cure her pain..

I am from Bangalore. I have. 4m old baby. Wanted to know that in summers, how do we dress up the baby. I put fan on 3-4 speed. How many layers does the baby need? Do they require full sleeves?

My baby who is 3 month old has an elongated skull at the top. Is it unusual? Will it look bad when she grows up? Is any treatment recommended for it?

A preventive health checkup blood report is attached. Lymphocytes showing high and peripheral smear showing positive. Any other concerns? Kindly tell me anything wrong? He is having constipation issues.
