Child Health Issues

Plz suggest is there any oral substitute for meropenum 500mg IV  inj given to 5 yr 8 month old child weighing 13.5 kg

My child is 2 years and 8 months old. He Makes eye contact,Loves playing with other children,Engages in pretend play.Make sentences with 3-4 word phrases. He is hyperactive and always does something. When we call him by his name sometimes he looks s but makes no verbal response. In most of the time he ignores and does not respond Does he have ASD???

My 4 month baby weight is 5.75 kg and height is 67cm and hc is 42 cm , My concern is growth is ok or not as my baby js vomiting alot after everyfeed.

Hello my baby birth weight was 2.6kgs and she is at 8 months now and her weight is 7.1kgs head circumference is 42.5cms and length 67cms. How long it will take for her to catch up like the normal babies. What food I can give and frequency to increase weight. We are vegetarians and I wanted to give egg white and yellow. Also I give avacado, potato,banana nuts, dal and Ragi any other food to increase weight

Widal normal Typhidot normal Malaria negative CBC - Lymphocytes 70% Absolute lymphoma count -7.54 /cu.mm  On birth time he was admitted in nursery for 1 week due to breath problem after that he was normal.

My baby girl's weight is 2.2kg at the time of birth. After 10 days she weighed 1.9 kg, so the doctor suggested giving MCT oil 4/5 Drops after every feed upto 4kg. Now she has completed 3 months and she weighs 4.120 kg. Should I stop giving MCT? If I continue is it harmful?
