Fever 3 times in one month consult with child specialist but fever is not coming but some time sneezing occured after sleeping that's why dr advised citrizine 5 mg two times for 5 days but till now symptomp is not ok purely.Here I attached some report same is advised by Dr.

My baby is five months..20 days..she is passing loose stools from about 20 days...she is lactose intolerant..I have stopped all dairy products as I ma feeding her .I have changes her formula also. Still the problem persists..she passes 8-10 stools everyday and too much mucus...her urine output is fine and she is activeay I know the reason of her loose stools..should I worry

My son Hanshit is 6 years old and is complaining about pain in rectum when he passes the stools. He has itching also there.. The first stool that he passes is hard and therafter the pain remains all the time. There is no blood with the stool and no constipation. Please suggest what could be the reason.
