My baby is on formula milk can I give my 5months baby cow milk to baby what happens if I give cow milk

My whole family showed covid symptoms 2 months back so we took online consultations and started taking covid medications but after 20-25 days my brother is having frequent fever and it goes down by itself we have taken many consultations but the fever doesn't seems to go away is it concerning?
