3 months back doctor has identified liver inflammation for 7 months baby with Serum Alt and AST values more than 400 and infection in the left kidney and also with small size of the kidney. She was also lactose intolerant. Doctor suspected it to be metabolic disorder. She is on soya milk post that in the last 3 months. Not sure if this has helped in reducing the inflammation levels. Now after 3 months her liver inflammation is down but kidney is still having infection. she on lactose free food. Are there any tests that can confirm if this is a metabolic disorder?

1 year 7 months child have bowlegs what is the treatment sir for becoming straight legs. Is there anyways without surgery.

My son is 1month 6days old.from day 10,he is on fm and bm both but then after few days I stopped fm and breastfeed him as much as possible sometimes even after 10minutes. I have good milk supply and his pee count is more than 10.but from yesterday he started crying, he had acid reflux and gas issues, I gave the medicines, tummy time, tummy oil massage, hing paste,burped him,breastfeed frequently but he didn't sleep and grunted and passed gas. then I gave him formula (enfamil 2oz. with 2spoon),he feed and then slept instantly. so I think of giving him formula twice a day once in the morning, once at night and rest of the time will breastfeed him.is it right decision?will that harm my baby?if yes please suggest some alternate ideas..

Since birth baby is having right eye yellow discharge... now it is increased suggest drops or ointment.

He is not accepting milk from last 8days. I tried each and everything but Everytime he refused to have milk. And his weight is too low.

Hi Doctor, My is 11.5 months old. Her birth weight was 3.48kg and current weight is 9.2 kg. From last 15 days skin is feeling off from hand and toes. She is active and playing well. Due to teething she is not at all eating food only one spoon or two she is eating. Please suggest what I can do for the skin feeling and why it is happening. And also can you please suggest can I include daliya and oats on daily basis for her. Can I start giving cow milk to her? Please advise me.

Hello my son is 19 months but he didnt speak much he only says mumma mumma n in his own language he say something but didnt try to say bye bye or papa nor even bhai or dada...is it something i need to worry.whom should i consult.please advise.he listen to me reacts also ,shouts show anger also but he didnt speak anything except mumma.

I am breast feeding 1 month old baby. I have taken 1 tablet of Nicip cold and flu. Any harm while breastfeed or should i stop for a day ?
