Green stools indicate Increased motility of intestines Food passing rapidly from stomach to outside. It will be subsided once motility of intestine revert back to normal. No need to worry about green  colour of stools. Untill there are signs of dehydration and perianal rash.

Taxim causes milid biliary sludge if given to dehydrated & inadequately fed children that may cause green stools. No need to worry as long as your child's activity is good and not sick.
