Got hit on head
My kid is 3.6 years old.yesterday he fell down and got hit on his head in grill gate.
Hitted place was bumped and reduced in an hour.
He doesn't show any symptoms like vomiting and no blood came
He is playing normally. He feels pain when we touch on the head.
We gave cold compression.
Anything do I need to worry?
