Child Health Issues

My daughter had 3 vomits in the span of 3 hrs last night post which she got high fever of around 101.4-102.6 which is still not subsiding its almost 20 hrs now. Her stools and urine are normal, activity levels are also normal when fever is less post colpol though having less solids but breastfeeding Please suggest the underlying cause and medication

What general medicines my baby girl should use? Present she is using Bactrim She went through spine surgery 2 months back . Now she is doing good. Before surgery she is using Vitamin d syrup And some other syrups Can i use vitamin d syrup ? How much ? Medicine name?

Yesterday about 4 pm son told he is getting stomach pain..have given him podin hara and later in the night about 11pm he vomited entire dinner he had and ..morning also vomited...night fever was about 100.7F and now 99.7F. please suggest . Thank you
