Child Health Issues

Would antibiotics be required if the 2 yr old in having stool after every small meal. He had taken ice cream from a local vendor yesterday ans had vomiting yesterday. Today he is having motions after everything thing he eats.

My daughter of 3.6 years old weighs 12.8 kg and height 91 cm has mobile 1.5 mm cervical lump on left side neck from past 2years ( after post chikungunya ) admitted for 1 week)suffers frequent runny nose every mornings and recently tells belly pain frequently . She is very active and her cbc report says she has 3224 lymphocytes and 1 eusinophils ( absolute count) . She scratches legs and arms frequently . Is there any cause for concern

My baby boy is 19days old.I used to breastfeed him but he never sucked properly, after 2 minutes he felt asleep in my lap and pees and poops after every feed but he never burped..then after 10days my dr. gave him formula once at night 1 ounce..but still he is not burping..I wonder whether he has any problem.how to understand if his stomach is full or not?I have good bm supply but he can't suck longer and I have to feed him every now and then..I had c section delivery and I'm physically exhausted specially at night but I'm also scared that he is not burping..what to do please suggest

My son not at all eating, we running behind him for the first feed it take 30 to 45min minimum. He is shouting and always asking what he wants, i am little worried, each time beating him and feeding him is not good right i am single mom staying in mom home.if i am not near him, he eat well with my mom.. If presence or my feed of food avoiding abd crying... I am literary loss my patience and beat him. He is very rude and hitting everyone... Here in home grandma sick and not able to spent some quality time with him. Help me to feed him...

Hello dr. My 3 year old child accidentally burnt with hot oil.he got a big wound on his hip. We immediately consult with dr .he prescribed silverex tube and antibiotic syrup..I give him continuesly for 4 days.and apply cream 2-3 times in a day.but no recovery at all..I attache picture of his wound..plz give your valuable suggestions..thanks
