Watery stools
Dear sir good evening yesterday we put 3.5months vaccination(opv, ipv and pentavelant ) for baby sir.   Am giving him paracetamol 8 drops for 6 hours once . Morning 2 times  he passed normal stools after that he is passing watery stools with very little yellow particle. Now he is  4 months old and his weight is 7 kg sir

Hi... Weight is fine for age 4 months. If there is fever more than 100 F only or child is in pain due to vaccine on thigh, only then give pcm drops. Otherwise no need to give. If baby is exclusively breastfed, then dont worry for the quality of 2 episodes of slightly loose stools. Just give few extra breastfeeds as per baby s hunger. Episode doesnt have any connection to paracetamol or vaccine.
