What is the best Iron syrup for my baby if suffering from anemia...kindly mention its dose...and also mention whether to B taken before or after meal

My baby is one year and five months old. He slipped and fell on the ground and then he was not able to put weight on his right leg. He is trying to walk but not able to move forward with his right leg. There is no swelling or bruises in any joint. What should I do? Can I wait and observe for some time or should I go for a doctor's consultation?
