Child Health Issues

Here I gave delivery new born baby last week and I didn't know how to feed the baby ... When he cry I going to feed him ... My breast milk wasn't coming that time ... He got jaundice after 5 days ... Doctor told to feed him well ... I fed him with formula 30ml every 3hrs ... Even his jaundice never decreased... We put in phototherapy... Jaundice reduced ... But in my hospital.. they never guiding me properly about how to feed the baby ... One come says like u need to feed 3 hr gap to gap ... One of them tell when he cry give him milk ... Another says no ... I worried about his feeding ... Please help me ... And please guide me properly ... I scared he ll get again jaundice

My 3 month old baby boy with a birth weight of 2.7 kg and exclusively breastfed is only 4.8 kgs currently.As per his doctor he has hardly gained enough weight.While pumping my breastmilk output is only 20-30 ml per session.Is it because of less milk output he is not gaining enough weight? should I switch him to formula like lactogen?

My baby is 10 months old, doctor give her vitwan multivitamin syrup 2.5ml per day,I want to ask Is other substitute of this vitwan syrup because in my area this syrup is not available please suggest any other multivitamin syrup

Hi, my baby got his 14th week vaccination at 11:30 am today. After that I gave him inugesic plus 2.5 ml. His weight is 5.5 kg. Is this dose is high for a 3.5 months old baby weighing 5.5 kg? please suggest appropriate dose. Thanks

Hi doctor, my 2 year old son got heat rashes on his left hand, photo attached. Can you pls advise if these are heat rashes only, if yes, what should we apply? Pls note it's been 5 days and we applied Cetaphil - similar rashes were also on his portion of his belly but that reduced.
