My kid is 3.6 years old.yesterday he fell down and got hit on his head in grill gate. Hitted place was bumped and reduced in an hour. He doesn't show any symptoms like vomiting and no blood came He is playing normally. He feels pain when we touch on the head. We gave cold compression. Anything do I need to worry?

My daughter is 5 years old..she is crying Time..she is suffering ayasham..and vomiting sensetion.is there any problem..that time only..normal time..she is free..

I have mistakenly given 1.6 ml of cyproheptadine hydrochloride and tricholone citrate drops to my 1yr baby her wg is 8.3 kg. I m worried. But 1st dose was 0.6 ml at 2pm and 2nd dose was 1ml at 3:30pm. What to do??? Please

Can anyone  please tell the replacement for T-minic cold drops,Because whenever i am giving those cold drops my kid is immediately vomiting.So this time i am using Only Nasivian nasal drops.But cold is not controlled from last five days. he is facing difficulty to take breath mainly in the night time because he is having stuffy nose and nasal congestion.Please help me i can't see him like this. Baby is 2years 9months. He doesn't eat properly. Food fruits etc. He eats only junk and he likes milk and boost your sometimes 3times a day. Is it okay to drink more milk. In his stomach  hook worms were there, 2 months back. Medication done. Then one multivitamin syrup was given by dr for 2 months, Suddenly his teeth are getting black so I stopped his multivitamin syrup. But still his teeth are getting black. Earlier it was so white. He is 2 and half years old.
