My baby is 4 months old and she is having cold since yesterday. I am using nasoclear drops , gave her steam. Still no much relief. Please suggest what else to do and medicine

My son is 17.5 months old. He was 10.1 kg on last month. He used to eat everythimg without making fuss but since last 10 days he suddenly rejecting solid foods. I have tried everything to make him eat by changing his food but he just dont want to eat. He is only eating rotis with butter that too maximum only one he eats for 2 hours. Rice veggies is completely stopped. He is keeping the bite in his mouth and nit swallowing at all. The amount has come to less than than half of what he used to eat. He is becoming thin. Otherwise he is active. Playing as normal and doesnt look sick. Urine is normal byt potty has been little reduced. I am worried. Please advise what can be done.
